“A digital support technician supports and implements digital operations and transformation projects”

A digital support technician is needed in all organisations, large and small, across sectors, because digital technologies are increasingly being applied to maximise productivity. As a result, people are required to support and implement digital operations and transformation projects. As a digital applications technician, you’ll help your organisation and its internal users to maximise their use of digital technologies and adapt to and exploit changes to meet organisation objectives and maximise productivity. As a digital service technician, you’ll support external customers and clients though a wide variety of digital channels, to help them access and receive services, to coach and support them in their use of the digital systems; to support them to complete and submit information remotely; and to diagnose and resolve their problems with access to and use of the digital technologies.
