SETA Training & Advisory Services helps young people start their careers through an engineering apprenticeship

SETA works with a wide range of companies that employ and train engineering apprentices.

Engineering offers several different job roles, with apprenticeships in electrical and mechanical maintenance, engineering manufacturing, design, and welding fabrication.

Each year, SETA has an open evening where young people can see the training centre, meet employers and find out how to apply.

An engineering apprenticeship gives you a great start in a technical career, with both craft and theoretical qualifications and the opportunity to progress to the higher national certificate and beyond.
