Worcester College of Technology

Worcester College of Technology is an award-winning general further education college situated in the centre of the city of Worcester.

The college has a number of sites including the Deansway Campus – All Saints’, St Andrew’s, Cathedral and St Wulstan’s Buildings – and a Business Development Unit at Lowesmoor. There is a Construction Centre of Excellence in Malvern and Engineering Workshops at Sunnyside Road. The School of Art and Design and Fountains Beauty and Hairdressing Salon are one mile away in Barbourne, as is The Foundation Learning Centre, Bennets Farm, that houses courses such as E2E and Prince’s Trust.

The College offers a wide range of full- and part-time vocational further and higher education courses as well as tailored training for employers and recreational courses for the adult market. In addition, there is provision for students aged 14–16 via the specialised diplomas.

Success rates are consistently above the national average, and in student satisfaction surveys Worcester College of Technology outperforms the best institutions in the country. It has exceptional resources and has received around 15 awards for its outstanding students this year alone.
