East Surrey College Apprenticeships in South East

At East Surrey College we offer apprenticeship programmes to all age groups aged 16+, from school leavers to those seeking a career change. You just need to be living in England and not taking part in full-time education.

If you are aged 16–18 and interested in starting an apprenticeship then East Surrey College can help. ESC offers a pre-apprenticeship programme which provides extra support for 16–18-year-olds wanting to secure their ideal apprenticeship.

Extra funding for adults has been made available to enable those aged 19+ to learn a new trade. Contact the Employer Services Team to discuss eligibility and funding criteria.

Apprenticeships are a great way to learn practical skills. Most of the training is completed ‘on the job’ with the rest provided by East Surrey College.
ESC offers a range of apprenticeships from Level 2 to 3 in the following subject areas:

•    Business – Business Administration, Customer Service, Management and Team Leading

•    Construction – Brickwork, Carpentry & Joinery, Electrical and Painting & Decorating

•    Engineering – Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Rail Engineering

•    Hairdressing & Barbering

•    Hospitality – Catering, Food & Drink, Front Office and Service

•    Motor Vehicle
