Newton Rigg College is situated in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside and is well renowned for offering excellent land-based education.

At Newton Rigg College we offer Further Education courses from entry level courses up to Level 3 diplomas along with offering a large variety of Apprenticeships and Advanced Level Apprenticeships. We offer courses in Agriculture, Countryside and Land Management, Game Keeping, Animal Management, Outdoor Adventure, Engineering, Equine, Forestry and Horticulture. Students studying at Newton Rigg College have access to an exceptional range of facilities including the National Forestry Training Centre, Northern School of Game and Wildlife and The Animal Academy. Accommodation is also available on campus and our lively student union ensures our students enjoy every minute of their time at College.
