You can apply for an apprenticeship course before you get your GCSE results on August 24.
You can apply for an apprenticeship at 15.9 years on your predicted grades, with a start date of your 16th birthday.
You’ll get a starting salary of £14,931 plus benefits, rising to £18,489 on completion of your apprenticeship.
The RAF have the best apprenticeship completion rate in the UK. Of all recruits across all 22 disciplines, 99.8% stay on in the RAF.
The RAF is so confident of its selection process that they offer apprentices a 12-year contract.
More women engineering apprentices are joining the RAF than ever before. There are also 80 HR apprenticeships on offer this year.
