A Higher Apprenticeship in insurance will prepare you to work in the insurance sector in a claims, broking or underwriting technician or team leader/supervisor role.

As the population ages and personal wealth increases, the demand for insurance professionals will increase dramatically. This is great news for anyone wishing to enter this stable yet dynamic industry where work is not only financially rewarding but personally rewarding as well. Your role in the insurance industry will help individuals and businesses manage risk to protect themselves from catastrophic losses and anticipate potential problems.

The role of the team leaders and supervisors is to guide a team of people resolving queries and problems, providing clear goals and developing your team’s professional and technical capabilities.
