The manager of a dental practice is responsible for managing all non-clinical aspects within the practice to achieve excellent patient care, quality, cost and delivery performance in line with practice strategy and values. The practice manager has responsibility for recruiting, training and disciplining staff, patient care, marketing, finance, quality assurance and health & safety. To excel in this role you will need to be organised and efficient, commercially savvy and have excellent communication skills. You will take a caring approach to both your patients and your colleagues, and strive to achieve the best outcome at all times.
