They deal with legal issues, help to shape the culture of an organisation, and focus on what keeps their colleagues productive and engaged.
As an HR apprentice, you may work on areas such as:
- performance and reward
- employee engagement
- employee relations
- organisation development
- learning and talent development
- recruitment and resourcing
- talent planning
After completing this apprenticeship, you will attain Associate Member status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
