HIGHER APPRENTICESHIP

The work-based learning industry employs 30,000 people in England, as staff in personnel and training departments, and as tutors, assessors, independent trainers and training managers.

Work-based learning practitioners motivate, inspire and encourage new ways of learning that will lead to performance excellence.

Apprentices gain a wide range of transferable skills that will enable you to design, develop and deliver learning that centres around activities carried out at work.

Trainers or tutors plan and deliver all aspects of learning and assessment, including learning on and off the job, while career guidance counsellors provide support and pastoral care to learners.
